Mike O'Neill

Mike O'Neill currently serves as the Global Vice President of Channel and Alliances at M-Files, a position held since September 2025. Additionally, Mike O'Neill is a Board Member at Flexagon since April 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Partner Sales at Box from January 2022 to September 2025, and as President of Indirect Sales at Micro Focus from August 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities involved managing Channel, Alliance, Service Provider, and OEM business. Mike O'Neill also held a former Board Member role at Cybergolf from June 2008 to January 2018, contributing to the company before its sale to Aquiline Capital Partners. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Finance from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Puget Sound.
