Patrick D. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Patrick started their career at Bell & Howell as a Technical Support Specialist, providing post-sales support for scanner products. Patrick then joined Headway Technology Group Ltd (now AVNET) as a Technical Support Specialist, specializing in storage products and supporting the Document Management Reseller industry.

In 2004, Patrick moved to Capital Capture as a PRINCE2 Project Manager/Technical Consultant, where they managed projects of all sizes and provided implementation support using software packages such as Microsoft Project and Goldmine. Patrick continued their project management and consulting work at Eastman Kodak as a DI Applications Support Engineer, responsible for pre-sales software support and identifying new sales opportunities.

Patrick joined ABBYY as a Channel Manager for the UK & Ireland in 2012, where they cultivated partner relationships, developed sales pipelines, and actively sought new business opportunities. Patrick then joined Kodak Alaris in 2016 as a Presales Consultant EMEA, responsible for driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and serving as a technical advisor and advocate for the solutions and services offered.

In 2018, Patrick joined ProcessFlows | Konica Minolta ECM as a Presales Consultant, providing consultation and support to customers. Patrick then returned to M-Files in 2019, initially as a Technical Consultant, Channel EMEA, and later promoted to Customer Success Engineer EMEA and Senior Customer Success Engineer EMEA.

Throughout their career, Patrick has demonstrated strong technical knowledge, sales and partner management skills, project management expertise, and a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Patrick D. completed their BTEC National Diploma in Engineering at Richmond College from 1991 to 1993. Patrick then pursued a BEng in Engineering Science & Technology at Brunel University London from 1993 to 1997.
