Robb Ross

Robb Ross is an experienced training specialist currently serving as a Senior Training Specialist at M-Files, where responsibilities include designing and delivering impactful training on company solutions for a diverse audience. Prior to this, Robb held the position of Training Manager at Accessible Solutions, Inc., developing a comprehensive training program and managing multiple customer implementations. Demonstrated expertise in technical support was gained at Scanco, where Robb installed and supported barcode scanning software and provided training for both end users and support technicians. Robb also worked at SalonCentric, training nationwide sales staff on a customized Salesforce CRM, and held various roles in education and technology at Custom Computer Specialists and the NYC Department of Education. Robb Ross holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance from Brooklyn College.
