Ron Kolb

Ron Kolb has extensive work experience in the field of enterprise content management (ECM). Ron started their career in 1977 at BCBS Texas/EDS, where they held various roles including Team Leader of Output Control, Operator, Lead Operator, Technical Support Coordinator, and Shift Manager. In 1984, they joined UCCEL/Computer Associates Inc. as a Systems Consultant, Trainer, and Support Lead. Ron then worked at Interleaf, Inc. as a Staff Consultant and Pre-Sales Engineer, where they contributed to complex desktop publication and document management software. Ron later joined Autonomy, Inc. as the Director of Technology Strategy, Tech Sales Manager, and Sales Manager. Ron moved to Perceptive Software in 2004 as a Sales Engineer, where they provided enterprise solutions for search, content and process management, document imaging and management, workflow, and data mining. Ron worked at Systemware Inc. as a Pre-Sales Engineer from 2015 to 2016, supporting ECM software solutions. Ron is currently employed at M-Files Corporation as a Sales Engineer, where they assist the sales team in acquiring new and expanding business opportunities for the company's enterprise information management solutions.
