Ville T.

Ville T. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Ville started their career in 1996 as a Trainee at Tampereen puhelinosuuskunta, where they gained experience in telecommunication maintenance and assembly work. In 2006, they joined Nokia as a Trainee and later became a Project Member, working on research projects and software testing.

Ville T. continued their career at Nokia, taking on roles such as Seasonal Trainee, Graduate Trainee, Language Variant Testing Project Manager, and Senior Engineer. Ville gained experience in managing software testing projects, collaborating with internal teams and external subcontractors, and working on Symbian software platforms.

In 2014, Ville T. joined Microsoft as a Manager in Phones SW Test in SW Quality & Integration, leading a team in software testing and integration. Ville then transitioned to M-Files, where they held various leadership positions. Ville started as a Systems Specialist, gaining experience in M-Files product and customer delivery projects. Ville then became a Consulting Unit Manager, leading a team focused on small and medium-sized businesses. Ville T. later took on the role of Senior Consulting Unit Manager, leading the Customer Success Onboarding and Services Nordics organization.

Currently, Ville T. is the Director of Implementation Services EMEA at M-Files, responsible for managing consulting functions across Europe and leading a team of 70+ people. Ville has extensive experience in P&L management and is focused on onboarding, consulting, and serving a diverse customer base.

Ville T. completed their upper secondary education at Hatanpään lukio from 1997 to 2000. Ville then went on to pursue a Master of Science degree at Tampere University of Technology from 2002 to 2008. During their time at the university, Ville focused on studying communication electronics, embedded systems, and industrial engineering and management.

In addition to their formal education, Ville obtained various certifications throughout their career. In December 2015, they acquired certifications as a M-Files Business Administrator, M-Files IT Administrator, M-Files QMS User, and M-Files User from M-Files Suomi. Ville also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Nokia Six Sigma Green Belt Program in December 2012. In January 2008, Ville received a Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board.
