M for Menopause is founded by Madhu Kapoor due to the severe symptoms she experienced during her perimenopause journey leading her to resign from her employer after 23 years of loyal employment. 

This led her to pursue a venture very close to her heart in hope that no other woman should go through the same journey she has. She wants to change the narrative of Menopause in the workplace. 

M for Menopause aims to to empower employers to fulfill their duty of care to protect the welfare of all employees by:
• Holding awareness sessions to equip attendees with a strong base of knowledge on menopause
• Holding workshops and presentations for colleagues, line managers, people managers & leadership teams
• Reviewing company policies and practices to ensure it is menopause-friendly 
• Devising solutions right for your female employees 
• Facilitating organisation-wide “buy in” to a menopause solutions
