Dave Falla

Dave Falla has extensive experience in various roles within the field of asset management, project management, and technical services. Dave is currently working as a Director at M-Four, where they are responsible for supporting clients in transforming their digital space and improving efficiency through the use of technology and software. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Asset Planning and Development at River Clyde Homes, where they led teams in maintaining and developing the organization's properties. Dave has also worked as a Project Manager at British Gas Energy Efficiency, overseeing the delivery of a large-scale district heating network.
