Andy Jones

Andy Jones is currently a Senior Talent Partner in Technology at M-KOPA, focusing on building high-impact teams for a pioneering fintech that enhances financial inclusion across Africa. Previously, they worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at The Fusion Group, where they partnered with various high-growth brands and led the recruitment process for diverse technical roles. Andy co-founded and organized one of the UK's largest technology events, Fusion, which successfully delivered over 40 events and built a community of more than 2,600 members. They have also been a consultant for the School of Code, focusing on employability and talent acquisition initiatives for early-career tech talent.
