Nicole E. is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Product at M-KOPA since April 2022, Nicole previously held the role of Senior Product Manager at WorldRemit, where a new team was established to enhance customer experience and retention. At StartupCircles, Nicole successfully scaled the user base from 15 to 1000 and mentored 30 founders. Prior experience includes managing customer experience initiatives at BIMA, resulting in significant reductions in churn and enhanced product propositions, and a managerial role at PwC UK, where Nicole led the development of web applications that improved customer interactions for over 400,000 users.
