Rasheed Adewusi

Rasheed Adewusi is a seasoned Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Leader with 12 years of experience driving growth strategies across various industries in multinational and homegrown companies. Currently, they serve as the Head of Sales at M-Kopa, where they oversee sales, marketing, and training initiatives to achieve key performance indicators in the solar energy sector. Previously, Rasheed held various roles at Airtel Nigeria, Guinness Nigeria, and d.light, demonstrating a strong aptitude for managing teams, optimizing sales processes, and enhancing customer acquisition and retention. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, complemented by a certificate from the Lagos Business School's Emerging Leaders Development Programme.
