Kate Lyons

Kate Lyons has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Kate is currently the Deputy Director of Research at M Science, a data-driven research and analytics firm. Kate'srole involves uncovering new insights for leading financial institutions and corporations. Prior to their current position, they worked at KeyBanc Capital Markets as a Vice President & Content Strategy Lead, where they originated innovative products for institutional investor, private equity, and venture capital clients. Kate also served as a Vice President and Senior Product Specialist at Mosaic, where they cultivated an industry leader community and developed content for various practices. Before that, they worked at The Blackstone Group as Senfina Advisors and at Exo Protein as an Interim Director of Operations and Finance. Kate also has experience in the nonprofit sector, having served as the Director of Operations at Capital Good Fund, a nonprofit financial institution, and as a Women's Policy Fellow at the Women's Fund of Rhode Island.

Kate attended Portsmouth Abbey School from an unknown start year and graduated in 2004, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Kate then went on to Providence College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Humanities in 2008. Later, they pursued further education at the same institution and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2011, although the field of study for the MBA is not provided.

In addition to their academic achievements, Kate Lyons obtained certifications in the financial industry. In December 2020, they received the SIE certification from FINRA, and in May 2021, they obtained the Series 7 certification, also from FINRA.
