Kia Wright

Kia Wright has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kia is currently working as a Software Engineer at M Science since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer & Developer from January 2011 to May 2023. Kia also has experience as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach at Kia Wright Coaching from March 2020 to March 2022.

In terms of their previous roles, Kia was the Co-Founder, Lead Designer & Developer at Adaptive Nutrition from August 2016 to January 2020. During their time there, they created a responsive web app from scratch for client nutrition logs using Ember.js and Firebase. Kia also led the customer experience for online courses and was involved in defining brand guidelines and creating consistent social media content.

Before that, Kia worked as a Front-end Developer & User Interface Designer at Dialexa from 2015 to 2017. Kia was also a User Interface Designer at Tantrum Street in 2014 and a Front-end Developer at Neiman Marcus Group from August 2014 to October 2014. Prior to that, they had roles as a Software Engineer & User Interface Designer at Netsocket from 2012 to 2014, an Intern at Atomic Design & Consulting in 2012, and a Web Developer at Aria Agency in 2012.

Kia Wright completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2012. Kia also obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Arts & Technology from the same university in 2012. In addition to their degrees, Kia Wright has certifications as a Certified Nutrition Coach from both Working Against Gravity, which they received in May 2021, and Precision Nutrition, which they achieved in December 2019.
