Michael Erstad, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry.
Michael started their career as an intern at Dorn & Co., Inc. in 2001 and stayed with the company until 2002.
From 2002 to 2005, they worked in equity trading at RBC Capital Markets.
In 2006, they joined CITI - Lava Trading as Vice President of Equity Execution Services and remained with the company until 2009.
From 2009 to 2011, they worked as Vice President at ITG. Michael then transitioned to the role of Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst (Consumer, TMT) at ITG, where they stayed until 2016.
Since 2016, Michael has been working at M Science LLC as Director and Senior Equity Research Analyst (US & Europe Consumer).
Michael Erstad, CFA obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato between 1998 and 2002. Michael later pursued an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business between 2008 and 2011, specializing in Quantitative Finance and Law and Business. Additionally, Michael Erstad holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
