Founded by Mike Terry in 1997, M. Terry Enterprises operates with the highest standards of excellence, driven by Mike’s long-standing business ethics and acumen. At 23, Mike assumed leadership of the family-owned North Texas Terminix franchise. Mike dedicated himself to becoming an expert in pest control and business management, ultimately expanding the franchise to over 200 employees. In 1997, he sold the North Texas franchise to Service Master Terminix International and remains connected to the industry through business and social ventures. 

Through his years of dedication to growing the franchise, Mike internalized invaluable lessons from his employees and mentors, laying the foundation for the strong work ethic practiced by MTE today. Mike’s core values empower the MTE team to mindfully be right of right, carrying a sense of duty and respect in all endeavors.
