Sebastian Ojeda

Sebastian Ojeda is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at M13, responsible for internal full-cycle recruitment and candidate screening for M13 portfolio companies since January 2023. Previously, Sebastian held roles as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at M13, where recruitment efforts for portfolio companies were supported and best practices were operationalized in the SaaS/PropTech sector. Prior to M13, Sebastian served as a Program Manager for Corporate Partnerships at Thrive Scholars, overseeing a mentorship program and managing recruitment and onboarding for professionals and scholar participants. Sebastian's experience also includes serving as a Residence Hall Director at Boston University, where management of a large residential program and budget oversight were key responsibilities, and as the LGBTQ Programming Coordinator at Florida International University, focusing on DEI training and support for a diverse student population. Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from Pomona College and a Master of Science in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Florida International University.
