Kai Beasley

Kai Beasley is a Principal Management Consultant at M2 Strategy, where they provide insights in Project Management, Business Management, and Process Improvement to federal and commercial clients. Previously, Kai held various roles including Strategy and Performance Management Subject Matter Expert at CACI International Inc, where they developed frameworks and processes for the Department of the Army. They also served as a Project Manager at SNVC, managing teams and supporting enterprise collaboration technologies for the Army and National Guard. Kai began their career as a Communications Specialist at AARP, producing corporate communications for advocacy efforts. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Emory University.
