The modern workplace brings new opportunities to unlock efficiencies, break down traditional organisational barriers and tap into the intelligence of the entire organisation regardless of role or location. More importantly, it provides an environment where people feel that they matter and that their contributions count.

M2Cloud.Services will help you transform your workplace to achieve these goals via specialised 'people first' approaches to delivering your modern workplace underpinned by three core capabilities:

Digital Workplace Strategy - Through a combination of assessing your current state of technology and organisational change maturity, your organisational ambitions and strategy and industry trends, we will work with you to develop a Digital Workplace Strategy to realise your goals.

Adoption and Change Management Strategy - Leveraging our mature adoption and change management framework we will work with you to develop an Organisational Change Management strategy, define how to measure adoption and success and define what the Change Community should look like and the accompanying roles and responsibilities.

Programme Delivery - The ultimate success of transforming your workplace is through the actual delivery of the change. Through our programme delivery capability, we will ensure that both the technology and organisational changes are driving in unison to ensure the best end-user experience. A digital workplace programme should be driven by business scenarios, not technology, as such our digital workplace delivery approach is centred on adoption and change management with the technology change being delivered to support the organisational change, unlike other organisations which focus on the technology and manage the organisational change in isolation.

Cloud Transition
