8cho Marketing has evolved into M2PLUS.

What started as a marketing agency has grown into something broader : A company focused on designing and operating AI-powered systems across the full customer lifecycle.

At M2PLUS, we’ve seen a recurring pattern across industries: most businesses don’t struggle to generate demand - they struggle to manage what happens after.

Marketing, sales, and customer service are still treated as separate functions. Leads go cold, response times lag, customer experiences become inconsistent, and retention is left to chance.

Our vision is simple: eliminate fragmentation.

We design and build connected ecosystems that bring marketing, sales, and customer experience into one continuous system - from acquisition to retention.

Not by adding more tools, but by structuring how everything works together.

AI plays a key role in this, not as a trend, but as a practical layer that allows businesses to operate at scale: handling conversations, automating workflows, and maintaining consistency across every interaction.

This model comes to life through three integrated solutions:

- 8cho Marketing: Focused on demand and positioning.
- 8cho AI: Where customer interactions and automation are executed.
- Zumoo AI: A system for creating and adapting content at scale.

They don’t operate independently, they function as parts of the same system.

Today, M2PLUS operates as a strategic partner, helping companies move from disconnected operations to fully integrated, scalable ecosystems.

From fragmented functions to connected systems.
One system. Not three departments.
