Bill Dumont

Bill Dumont is the CEO and President of Success Rocket, a startup focused on enhancing employee productivity and reducing attrition through a SaaS solution that defines success for each employee. With extensive experience in the biometric sector, Bill held positions such as Director of Sales at Innovatrics and Senior Managing Director at Chant, Inc., where consulting services were provided in business processes and identity management. Prior to these roles, Bill served as Executive Vice President at M2SYS Technology, overseeing global biometric solutions, and as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Cross Match Technologies. Bill also has a strong background in international sales from positions at Aspect Software, where leadership spanned multiple global regions, and within other technology sectors, including a role at Orative Corporation that resulted in its acquisition by Cisco. Bill Dumont holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Florida State University.
