Tom Goddard

Tom Goddard is an accomplished Assistant Project Manager at M3 Consulting since January 2023, with a robust background in sales and lettings negotiation gained during tenure at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward from November 2016 to July 2022. In the role of Sales Negotiator, Tom consistently surpassed daily call and qualification targets by 150%, while also managing administrative duties and property viewings. As a Lettings Negotiator, Tom achieved a remarkable 2:1 success rate in offers agreed and was recognized as a top performer for viewing numbers and client satisfaction.
