Daniel Liera

Daniel Liera is a Senior Project Manager at M3 Engineering & Technology Corp., bringing over 20 years of experience in project controls management. They have extensive expertise in estimating, risk management, cost control, and change management, particularly in large heavy industrial projects such as power and mineral processing plants. Previously, Liera held various leadership positions at Jacobs and ECM International Inc., where they developed project controls procedures and managed substantial infrastructure programs. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of Superior Studies of Monterrey.
