Eric Grigel has a comprehensive work experience in the field of architecture. Eric started their career at Design Innovations in 2003 as an Architectural Drafter. Eric then joined The Hanson Group Architects in 2004 as an Architectural Intern. In 2006, they joined M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. as Architectural Department Manager, Project Manager, and Architect. Eric has significant experience and expertise in managing architectural departments, project management, and architectural design.

Eric Grigel obtained their Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Arizona, where they studied from 1998 to 2004. In terms of additional certifications, they are a Registered Architect in Hawaii, as certified by the State of Hawaii Board of Professional Engineers, Architects, Surveyors and Landscape Architects in October 2020.
