Tom Latourette

Tom Latourette possesses extensive experience in leadership and development roles across multiple organizations. As the Managing Partner and Certified Trainer at M3 Learning since 2009, Tom has made significant contributions to sales transformation. In addition to being a children's book author and co-founder of the BTB Foundation, which has raised over $1.3 million for families battling cancer, Tom also held various strategic positions including National Sales Manager at Lyndex-Nikken and Business Development Strategist. Tom's background includes advisory roles at the Executives Breakfast Club and consultancy work with The Thought Board, emphasizing employee engagement and organizational health. Tom earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago.
