Ryan Rowan

Ryan Rowan is a seasoned finance professional with over 15 years of experience in liquidity assessments, business plan development, and strategic analysis for both public and private companies across diverse industries. As Managing Director at M3 Partners since June 2023 and previously holding the role of Senior Director, Ryan has extensive expertise in restructuring advisory, capital structuring, operational improvements, and financial due diligence. Prior to this, Ryan served for over a decade at EY, culminating as a Senior Manager, and held positions at Conway, Del Genio, Gries & Co., LLC, General Electric, and American International Group, focusing on risk assessment and underwriting for major corporations. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Buffalo State University.
