Shruti Menon

Shruti Menon is a Sr. Product Owner at M3 Tech with extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, leading Agile transformations, and facilitating scrum rituals. Prior to this role, Shruti has worked as a Scrum Master at Wavefront, where Shruti engaged with clients, enabled product teams, and facilitated scrum rituals for onsite and remote teams. Shruti also has a background in engineering and research, having previously worked as a Research Associate and Teaching Assistant in the field of electrical engineering. Shruti holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Biomedical Engineering Option from The University of British Columbia and a Master's degree from Simon Fraser University.
