Jonathan Rubin is an experienced senior operations executive with a proven track record in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at M3COM since September 2025, Jonathan previously held multiple positions at PCCW Global from 2007 to September 2025, including AVP of Business Development for the Americas and Business Development Manager, where Jonathan excelled in fostering relationships with ISPs, cable companies, and wholesale customers. Earlier in Jonathan's career, roles included Product Manager at Sprint, where management of a multi-million dollar product set for wholesale customers was a key responsibility. Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information Systems Technology from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
