Patrick Curran

Patrick Curran is currently the Director of Industrial at M3 Property, where they continue to leverage over 15 years of experience in the property industry, particularly in the valuation of commercial assets. Previously, Patrick held director roles at Preston Rowe Paterson and Colliers International, and served as a Senior Valuer at Herron Todd White. They have provided strategic property advice to a diverse range of clients, including government departments and corporate institutions, while also leading and mentoring teams to achieve business growth. Patrick is pursuing dual Bachelor degrees in Business - Property and Commerce - Accounting from the University of South Australia.
