Christopher Hadfield has extensive experience as a Technical Writer, currently serving in this role at m3ter since June 2021, focusing on creating an online end-user documentation portal for new products. Prior roles include producing user documentation for the GameSparks portal and developing end-user documentation for the Modelling Team at Anaplan. Christopher also designed product user guides and online help at StarCompliance, contributed to business process capture and instructional design at AltaLink, managed a process modeling project for the City of Calgary, and led the design and publication of technical documentation at The Salamander Organization.
