Greg Lackland has a long history of work experience in the technology industry. Greg began their career in 1997 as a Contract Website Manager for Quality Incorporated. In 1998, they moved to AT&T as a Sales Operations Manager, where they were responsible for supporting a Business to Business website development for Government markets. Greg then moved to Audio Systems Plus in 2009, where they were the Sales and Programming Manager, responsible for organizing B2B and Consumer sales targets and revenue assignments, designing commission payout structures, and managing the sales team. In 2012, they returned to Quality Incorporated as a SharePoint Administrator, responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects. In 2014, they became a Licensed Agent for US Health Advisors. In 2016, they joined JRJR Networks as the Director of IT, IT Manager, and Helpdesk Supervisor. Most recently, they have been the Chief Technology Officer for M42com since 2020.

Greg Lackland began their educational journey in 1985, when they attended Rockwall High School until 1989. Greg then attended Texas Wesleyan University for one year before transferring to Texas A&M University, where they studied Biology/Biological Sciences, General from 1990 to 1995.
