Project Management
M4P provides project management. Main strength are complicated projects like development of new technology, new products or new processes.
M4P secure fast project execution using time in the initiation phase where customer needs, requirements and test acceptance criteria before planning and executing the project. Only when the project has been properly defined, the planning and execution starts.

Coaching
Sometimes we do not perform optimally. We know we have the skills to it better and it is like “It is on the tip of my tongue”.
Coaching is to help persons getting the skills from the tip of the tongue to actions and thereby back on performance.
