The M&A Club is the largest association for M&A and financing professionals in Canada. Our network of 14 Chapters represents over 1500 members and 200 organizations actively involved in the transactional space. 

Our mission is to bring together all parties involved in mid-market transactions to facilitate deal-making. Each Club holds 10 roundtable meetings where members propose and discuss their mandates confidentially. Since 2009, the M&A Club has become a proven source of deal origination leading to $3 Billion in closed transactions. 

The M&A Club hosts the M&A Awards Gala in Toronto and Montreal, the annual landmark event that celebrates the best transactions of the year.
