M&A Science
Kison Patel has had a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the CEO and Founder of MAScience since 2016. In this position, they are responsible for education and technology for M&A, overseeing a product portfolio that includes the M&A Science Academy, which provides M&A training, certification, and networking events, as well as Agile M&A, an M&A management framework based on Agile principles.
Prior to MAScience, Kison Patel co-founded DealRoom in 2011, where they served as the CEO and Founder. Following their passion for Agile methods in M&A, they also worked as an author for Agile M&A starting in 2018.
Kison Patel has been recognized for their expertise in the field, becoming a member of the Forbes Technology Council in 2019.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Kison Patel gained experience as a Partner at Transatlantic Investments & Advisory from 2003 to 2012.
Kison Patel attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2000 to 2002, where they studied Management Information Systems. Kison did not obtain a degree during this time. In addition to their educational background, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2019.
