Bob McCormack

Bob McCormack serves as Managing Partner at Murphy McCormack Capital Advisors since January 2005, specializing in corporate finance services such as mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, corporate turnarounds, and financing for middle market companies in the mid-Atlantic region. In addition, Bob has held roles as Chairperson at M&A Source since January 2020 and at the Union County Industrial Development Authority since January 2003. Bob also contributes to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Alvernia University since January 2016. Previous experience includes serving as Chairperson of the Susquehanna Investment Network and as a Board Member at Willow Grove Bank. Bob was the CEO of Sun Bancorp, Inc. from 1998 to 2004 and held various leadership positions at CoreStates and First Union in commercial banking prior to that. Bob earned an MBA and a BA in Accounting from Alvernia University.
