Maack Architects is a specialist Architectural Practice focusing on Architecture, Sustainable Development, Environmental Design and Project Management.

Maack Architects was formed initially as a development company however demand for architectural and specialist sustainable design, and project management led to Maack expanding into Architectural Consultancy. 

Maack Architects was founded in 2013 by Richard Asbury after spending almost 10 years as an Associate at leading sustainable design practice Architype where he is still retained as a Consultant.

Richard has over 15 years experience as an Architect working for a number of the best UK design practices. He specialises in design team leadership and helping individuals and organisations to design, build and manage Arts, Educational, Residential and Self-Build construction projects.
