Bob Wilt

Bob Wilt is the current CEO of Maaden. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of Sofina Foods Inc. from February 2020 to December 2021. Before that, they were the EVP and President, Global Primary Products at Alcoa from January 1999 to December 2016. Bob also served as a Senior Consultant at the Atlanta Committee for The Olympic Games from January 1994 to December 1997. Bob began their career in 1990 as a Combat Engineer Officer in the US Army and served until 1994.

Bob Wilt has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
