Ali Bal

Ali Bal has a diverse work experience starting in 2015. From August 2015 to January 2016, they worked as a Praktikant Prozessmanagement at Linde Material Handling. In June 2017, they worked as a Bachelorand in the same company. In June 2018, Ali joined MAAG Group as a Business Process Engineer and stayed until December 2019. Ali then worked as a Continuous Improvement Manager in MAAG Group from January 2020 to May 2021. From June 2021 to December 2022, they held the position of Head of Manufacturing Engineering & Strategy in the same company. Currently, Ali serves as the Director of Operations at MAAG Group from January 2023 onwards.

Ali Bal completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from TH Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences between 2013 and 2017. Ali then pursued a Master of Business Administration & Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, from 2019 to 2021.
