Andy Steiner

Andy Steiner is an accomplished engineering and sales professional with extensive experience in application engineering, particularly in the chemical, lubrication, and polymer markets. Currently serving as Manager of Application Engineering at MAAG Group, Andy leads a team of five application engineers and focuses on gear pump and drive selection, alongside training initiatives for sales teams, agents, and customers. Previous roles include Application Engineer and Application Expert at Maag Pump Systems AG, where Andy provided technical sales support for global engineering projects in the chemicals and oil & gas sectors. With a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and management, supported by degrees from ETH Zürich and additional qualifications in leadership, Andy has also held sales and marketing roles, notably at DKSH, managing international sales efforts in the medical technology industry.
