Ensar Basic

Ensar Basic has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Ensar started their career at Sensix AG as a CRM Consultant in November 2007 and later became a CRM Professional in September 2008. Ensar worked in the company until September 2011. Then, Ensar joined Maag Pump Systems AG in October 2011 as a Project Manager and Coordinator of CRM Systems, and they held this position until August 2016. In September 2016, they joined the MAAG Group as a Project Manager and Coordinator of CRM Systems. Later, in 2023, they became the Director of IT & Digital in the same company. In December 2022, Ensar briefly worked as an Integration Manager at WITTE PUMPS & TECHNOLOGY GmbH until June 2023.

Ensar Basic completed their education at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in 2022, where they earned a degree in Merger Integration Management. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2007, they attended Hof University of Applied Sciences and obtained a degree equivalent to a Master of Science in Business Informatics.
