Filippo Basoni has extensive experience in quality control, particularly in the metallurgy of gear treatments such as gas nitriding and vacuum hardening, acquired during a significant tenure at MAAG Group from July 2002 to January 2018. Basoni holds certifications in non-destructive testing techniques including ultrasonics, magnetic particle testing, penetrant testing, and visual inspections. Prior to that, Basoni held various CNC operator roles at ISAM S.R.L. and Lame srl, along with a position as Quality Control Team Leader at Lame srl. Education was obtained from Università degli Studi di Pavia, completing a degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from 2008 to 2014.
