Joe Wilcox has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. In 2007, they worked as a Foreman at NatureScape Landscaping. Joe then transitioned to become a Design Engineer at Hunt Valve Company, Inc. in 2011. After that, they joined The Babcock & Wilcox Company as a Technical Designer in 2012. Later, they worked as a Team Leader in Drafting & Design at OTC Services Inc. from 2013 to 2016. Following that, they became a Systems Design Engineer at Compass Systems & Sales, LLC from 2016 to 2018, where they also served as a Project Engineer from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Technical Services Manager at Compass Systems & Sales, LLC. Currently, they hold the position of Production Manager & Lead Engineer - Pulverizers at the MAAG Group since September 2023.
Joe Wilcox completed their Associate of Applied Science degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician at ITT Technical Institute-Youngstown from 2009 to 2011.
