Siddarth Ramkumar

Siddarth Ramkumar has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 2011, they interned at Nicholas Piramal India Ltd in a research and development role. Siddarth then joined ITW Polymers Sealants North America in 2012, where they worked in various positions such as Chemist, Process Engineer, Division Quality Manager, Plant Manager, and Simplification Coordinator/Lean Manufacturing Coordinator. During their time at ITW, they implemented lean tools and processes, reduced packaging inventory, developed customer complaint processes, mentored improvement studies, and devised a go-to-market strategy. In 2018, Siddarth joined Warren Rupp as a Continuous Improvement Manager, responsible for deploying lean tools and concepts, driving manufacturing improvements, and overseeing lean operations. Currently, they are working at MAAG Group as the Director of Operations, managing the Kent operations team and implementing automation projects while consolidating business and vendor operations into the facility.

Siddarth Ramkumar earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology in 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, completing it in 2012.
