Gaurav Joshi is a Master of Social Work with a focus on rural communities, holding extensive experience in middle management and team leadership. From 2009 to 2010, Gaurav worked as a Field Officer at Aga Khan Health Service India, promoting community-based health programs, and later served as a Counselor at Gujarat State Aids Control Society from 2010 to 2013, where they provided support to high-risk individuals regarding HIV. Gaurav progressed to become a Programme Supervisor at the same organization before assuming the role of District In-Charge of Milk Procurement at Maahi Milk Producer Company Limited from 2014 to the present. Gaurav earned their HSC in Arts from KK Parekh Amreli and their MSW from Swami Sahajanand College of Social Work.
