Our journey began humbly, in a garage, yet has grown into a Pan-African platform that has already upskilled close to 10,000 youths and placed nearly 2,000 in dignified digital jobs. Through our Digital Impact Hubs (community-based spaces in Uganda, Eswatini, and beyond), we bridge the offline-to-online gap, offering learners digital skills in Web Development, Graphics Design, Digital Marketing, Freelancing, and Virtual Assistance. Our Maarifasasa Academy provides an AI-powered online learning platform where learners build competencies, access mentorship, and showcase their portfolios. With Maarifasasa Talents, we connect this growing talent pool to local and global clients in need of digital services, outsourcing, and AI-ready workforce solutions.

Our business model is rooted in Ubuntu and win-win-win partnerships: when young people thrive, clients grow, and communities prosper. We collaborate with governments, development partners, investors, and private sector actors to scale access, impact, and opportunity.
