Ilias Rahim is currently the Head of the Component Overhaul Workshop at MAB Engineering, a position held since 2025, where they oversee the development of new capabilities for engine repair services and the establishment of advanced maintenance facilities. Previously, Ilias served as Manager of Contracts & Warranty at Malaysia Airlines Berhad from 2022 to 2023, where they managed warranty claims and contractual disputes while contributing to significant aircraft transactions. Ilias has also held various roles in engineering and management, including positions at Pinewater Engineers Sdn Bhd and as a Senior Engineer in engine planning. Ilias earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical – Aeronautics from UTM in 2009.
