David Bowden

David Bowden is an experienced property professional with over 40 years in market-based activities and transactions, complemented by senior management roles at JLL, a major international property services company. They began their career as a Trainee Valuer and Salesman at Coghill Real Estate Pty Ltd before ascending to various director positions at JLL, including Managing Director for Victoria and Senior Director. David currently serves as a Non-Executive Member of the MAB Advisory Board, Client Relationship Director at the Property Funds Association of Australia, and as a board member for Capstone Recruitment Asia Pacific. They hold a Diploma of Valuations from RMIT University and are known for their practical, organized approach and strong reputation in the property community.
