welcome to mabelbachini.com! Where work isn’t just about getting through the day, it’s about loving what you do, living by your values, and feeling excited to wake up on Monday morning!

My mission is to help you:
- Find the fulfilling, meaningful career that lets you live a life you're proud of
- Feel happy at work every single day by prioritizing what is important to you
- Improve your confidence, communication, and self-worth so you can show up at work as the person you are meant to be

And I help businesses and organizations:
- Improve employee wellbeing so employees love their job, rave about your company, do their best work, and stay for longer
- Help employees feel less stressed, more engaged, and more motivated at work, through wellness, communication, and mindfulness-based workshops

My background includes: living and working across 5 different countries; traveling the world to learn about happiness and fulfillment; studying at the Life Purpose Institute with a focus on Career and Life purpose; coaching dozens of clients into a career they love, and leading wellbeing workshops for hundreds of employees.

I love this work because I believe this…

In the past, a job was just a job - it payed the bills. But today there are more opportunities than ever before to have a career that pays the bills AND brings deep meaning and joy to your life! American workers are expecting more; with 90% of US employees expecting at least 3 major perks from an employer, and over half of Americans getting a sense of identity from their work.

But here’s the thing…

True fulfillment and happiness doesn't just come from a fancy paycheck or a big house. It comes from getting to be the most real, most truthful, most alive version of yourself every single day, everywhere you go. That means your work needs to be a place where you feel respected and fulfilled.

That is my mission! Want to join me?
