Rowland Hill has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Rowland started their career as an Engineer/Arranger at County Q Productions from October 2006 to January 2010. Rowland then worked as a Writer/Arranger at rowlandhillmusic from March 2010 to October 2012. Following that, they joined Staples as the Head of the Tech Department, overseeing tech services and sales, from February 2012 to October 2012.
In November 2012, Rowland transitioned to Dell and held multiple roles within the company. In 2017, Rowland embarked on a career in the marketing automation field. Rowland joined General Assembly as a Web Developer from March 2017 to June 2017. Later, they joined Mautic | Now Part of Acquia as a Customer Success Manager from August 2017 to August 2018. Rowland then transitioned to the role of a Senior Integration and Implementation Engineer, responsible for integrating systems and enabling personalized marketing automation, from August 2018 to May 2019.
In May 2019, Rowland joined Acquia as a Senior Customer Success Manager, serving in this role until February 2020. Currently, they work at mabl as a Customer Success professional since February 2020 and later transitioned into a Technical Account Manager role from November 2022.
Rowland Hill's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Centre College. Rowland pursued a Bachelor's degree in Music Theory and Composition and studied there until 2006. After a gap of several years, they returned to education in 2017 and participated in a Web Development Immersive program at General Assembly.
