Peter Scutt

Peter started his professional life in the financial services sector after completing a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing Major) through the University of New South Wales. Peter has worked in operating, management and board roles across Australia, the USA and Europe.

He founded a US-based venture capital firm and has been involved in businesses navigating regulatory and technology challenges. This experience gave Peter insight into how technology and innovation can empower the customers they serve.

Peter started Mable in 2014 with his co-founder Tony Charara as a personal challenge searching for better home care arrangements for his elderly parents. That collaboration resulted in a new concept for aged and disability support services. Through Mable, Peter and Tony created a customer-centric model that quickly became market-leading by putting NDIS participants, aged care consumers, and, importantly, independent support providers in the driver’s seat of their support arrangements.
