Sunaina Maharaj

Sunaina Maharaj has a comprehensive background in Human Resources, starting from their role as a People & Culture Officer at MetLife in 2007. Sunaina has held various HR positions at companies like Clayton Utz, EML, PwC Australia, BCG Digital Ventures, Canva, WaterNSW, and currently serves as the Head of People at Mable. Throughout their career, Sunaina has gained experience in business partnering, people strategy development, talent management, and organizational culture.

Sunaina Maharaj completed their Bachelor of Arts in Organisational Learning with a focus on Human Resource Development from the University of Technology Sydney in 2006. Sunaina then pursued their Masters of Commerce in Human Resource Management at UNSW from 2007 to 2010. In 2019, Sunaina obtained certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid Australia.
