Mabuhay with Love partners with individuals, schools, and organizations to create spaces and relationships rooted in belonging, authentic connection, care, and accountability. Through coaching, consulting, workshops, organizational cultural change and transformational learning experiences, we support people in building healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Founded by Sharon Chia Claros, Mabuhay with Love is grounded in the belief that meaningful transformation happens when people feel seen, valued, empowered, and supported. Our work brings together heart-centered practice, inclusive leadership, and practical tools to help clients strengthen communication, deepen trust, embrace shared responsibility and move through life with greater clarity and intention.

We offer services that support positive organizational change, professional and personal growth, supervisor/manager development, relationships and community building, and equity-centered leadership. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, DEIB consulting, or digital resources, our goal is to help people, organization, and communities thrive through love, connection, shared accountability, and purposeful action.

At Mabuhay with Love, we believe belonging is not accidental — it is built through presence, courage, and care.
